Our principal clients are commercial property companies for whom we work both under direct instruction and under instruction from the client’s appointed contract administrator/architect.

Private client work is similarly undertaken under the same terms described above.

We operate both as a traditional main building contractor, undertaking both refurbishment & new build contracts, and as a Design & Build contractor.

Our projects are awarded on a fairly even split between competitive tender and directly negotiated terms.
