Long Lane, London EC1 (£528,000) Refurbishment and fit out in various phases to this 7 storey office building.
Chalk Farm Road, London (£700,000) Rebuilding of the lower half of the rear elevation, on new footings, while retaining the upper parts. Refurbishment of four flats and the shops below.
Welbeck Street, London W1 (£570,000) Strip out and refurbishment of a six-storey office and residential property. The building is listed externally and internally. Our work included installing air conditioning and the creation of two replica ornate plaster ceilings.
Charlwood Place, London SW1 (£210,000) Complete refurbishment including vertical and horizontal extensions. Followed our successful completion of work to the client’s previous home.
King Street, London W6 (£107,000) Refurbishment and conversion of offices into a high class hairdressing and beauty salon. Included much high quality site-produced joinery.
